Dr. Sandra Quiroz holds an Ed.D. in Curriculum and Instruction with an emphasis in Second Language Acquisition from the University of Texas-Brownsville. Dr. Quiroz possesses more than 30 years of experience in curriculum design, professional development, and grant development and evaluation. Dr. Quiroz has worked effectively with educators in developing course content, and implementation plans to create a robust learning environment. She is adept in developing logic models, designing and developing technical and non-technical training solutions. With multiple degrees in Education, Dr. Quiroz has vast knowledge in adult learning theory and identifying appropriate training media and methodologies based on audience’s learning styles, course, and content. She has assisted school districts in creating curriculum designs for the traditional classroom, online classroom, and self-paced e-learning modules. Dr. Quiroz is skilled with both qualitative and quantitative research methods as well as with human subject protocols and regulations. She is experienced with a host of research practices including survey development, interview and focus group protocols, case study and the analysis of advanced statistical and quantitative data.
