School Improvement
BER is proud to announce development of the Texas School Improvement Partners (TSIP) program. Under the TSIP program, BER will extend consulting and coaching services in school improvement statewide to support campus leaders and teacher teams in schools identified as Priority and/or Focused by the Texas Education Agency.
Through the TSIP program, Texas school districts with identified Priority and Focus schools will experience should-to-should coaching, interventions designed for continuous improvement in low-performing schools, and other technical assistance grounded in evidence-based approaches that address key areas of the Texas Continuous Improvement Framework. The purpose of TSIP is to promote accelerated school improvement in partnership with campus leaders and teacher teams by incorporating improvement sciences and evidence-based strategies adapted to the local context of the school and district. Below is a list of performance elements addressed in the Texas Continuous Improvement Framework. BER consultants will work along side of school teams to identify and implement authentic, evidence-based, and actionable strategies for addressing the Essential Components of Continuous Improvement and Critical Success Factors.
